Terms and Conditions

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to AMATIP Digital Box ("AMATIP"), your partner in digital transformation. By accessing or using our suite of tools, resources, and platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AMATIP Digital Box, governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and other integrated services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are advised to refrain from accessing or using any part of our Services. AMATIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided for significant changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.


2. Definitions

To ensure clarity, the following key terms are defined as they pertain to these Terms and Conditions:

  • AMATIP Digital Box: An all-in-one platform offering personalized tools, resources, and integrations to empower individuals and businesses in content creation, branding, e-commerce, and income generation.
  • User: Any individual or organization accessing or utilizing AMATIP's Services, including account owners and invited contributors.
  • Content: Encompasses all materials uploaded, shared, or created by Users through the AMATIP platform, including but not limited to text, images, files, and data.
  • Third-Party Services: External applications, tools, or content integrated with AMATIP to enhance functionality, governed by their respective terms and conditions.
  • Account: The registered profile established by Users to access and manage the features and tools provided by AMATIP.

3. Account Creation and Management

3.1. User Account

To access AMATIP's Services, Users are required to create a personal or organizational account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
  • Assume responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Notify AMATIP immediately of any suspected security breaches or compromised login credentials.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination at AMATIP's discretion.

3.2. Account Ownership

The individual or entity associated with the registered email address will be considered the owner of the account. AMATIP's decision regarding account ownership disputes is final and binding.

3.3. Contributor Roles

Account owners may invite collaborators ("Contributors") to participate in projects. Account owners are fully accountable for the actions of their Contributors. AMATIP is not liable for disputes arising between account owners and Contributors.


4. Use of Services

4.1. Permitted Use

By using the platform, you agree to utilize the Services only for their intended purposes and ensure all Content uploaded or shared complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

4.2. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Unlawful Activities — Using the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise illegal purposes, or uploading Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
  2. Platform Exploitation — Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
  3. Malware and Harmful Content — Uploading or sharing Content containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements.
  4. Spam and Phishing — Exploiting the platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.

AMATIP retains the right to investigate and take legal action against any User found to be in violation of these prohibited uses.


5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1. User Content

Users maintain full ownership of any Content they upload, create, or share. By utilizing the platform, Users grant AMATIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display their Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

5.2. AMATIP Intellectual Property

All elements of the AMATIP Digital Box platform—including its design, features, software code, algorithms, trademarks, and brand identity—are the sole intellectual property of AMATIP, protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

5.3. Feedback

By providing feedback, Users agree that AMATIP may use, modify, or implement the feedback without obligation, compensation, or acknowledgment.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Data Collection and Use

AMATIP handles all data in compliance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal and business data for service delivery, improvement, and compliance purposes.

6.2. Third-Party Services

AMATIP integrates with various Third-Party Services. By enabling these integrations, Users acknowledge and consent to data-sharing practices as outlined in the respective third parties' privacy policies.

6.3. GDPR Compliance

AMATIP ensures full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users in the UK and EU, including rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of personal data. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.


7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1. Paid Services

Certain features require subscription. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly outlined in Section 7.4. Users are responsible for keeping their payment methods valid and up to date.

7.2. Auto-Renewals

Paid subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. Users will receive prior notice of upcoming renewals. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via account settings.

7.3. Invoices and Taxes

AMATIP issues electronic invoices for all Paid Services. Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes associated with their use of the platform.

7.4. Refund Policy
  • Initial Purchases: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless billing errors occur.
  • Non-Refundable Services: One-time purchases or custom integrations are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMATIP is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by User actions, or problems resulting from Third-Party Services. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of their data and take necessary precautions to secure their accounts.


9. Termination

9.1. By User

Users may terminate their account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, Users lose access to all features and Content. It is the User's responsibility to back up any data before termination.

9.2. By AMATIP

AMATIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Users may contact support@amatip.com to appeal termination decisions.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10.2. Dispute Resolution
  1. Mediation: Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation facilitated by a neutral third party.
  2. Escalation to Legal Proceedings: If mediation fails, the matter will be escalated. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

AMATIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
